Amazon purchases and CTS direct orders

Recommendations on Amazon Finds are purchased on Amazon, not through CTS checkout. Amazon and the seller handle those orders under the terms shown there. Use Amazon Your Orders for shipping, cancellation and return help. Do not mail Amazon purchases to CTS.

The direct-order information below applies only to purchases through CTS checkout. No physical pilot product is currently available for direct purchase.

Digital delivery

The Weekly Reset Kit is a six-page PDF. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies. After successful payment, an automatic download email is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Contact admin@axerionsystems.com with your order number if you need access help.

Physical shipping only

Our current pilot ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations is not available under this pilot.

Standard U.S. shipping is free for the pilot product. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

Pilot products are offered for U.S. fulfillment only. If U.S. stock becomes unavailable, we will contact you about a hold or cancellation.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Product-page delivery estimates apply to the item you order and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot meet an estimated shipment time, we will contact you with an update and the option to cancel for a refund.

Tracking information is provided when available. A shipping label being created does not by itself confirm that the carrier has received the parcel.
